Returns

Thank you for your purchase in my store! Your satisfaction is important to us. Wigs are a sensitive and very individual subject. What suits one person may not necessarily suit another. If something does not fit, here are my return guidelines:

Personalized goods

Only non-personalized goods can be returned. Personalized items such as custom wigs are excluded from return according to §312g Abs. 2 Nr.1 BGB. This is expressly pointed out when the custom order is created.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to check your order and request a return. The return window begins on the day your item is delivered.

Return request

To initiate a return, please contact me by e-mail (shop@melswigcollection.de) with the subject “Return request”. Include your order number and the reason for the return. I will process your request as quickly as possible.

Return costs

For returns from Germany, €12.48 for the return label will be deducted from the refund price.

For returns from abroad, €28.49 for the return label will be deducted from the refund price.

Costs for express shipping will not be refunded.

After consultation, you will receive a return label from me that you can use for the return. If you want to use your own return label, please make sure that the shipping insurance for the return covers the entire order value.

! If the package is not sent insured and is lost, the purchase price will not be refunded !

Return conditions

Please note that the lace must be uncut and the wig must be in perfect, new and unworn condition to be eligible for a return. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned and the return will be rejected.
